In 2025, we had the privilege of celebrating a very special milestone: our 100th anniversary. We chose to mark this extraordinary occasion right where our daily work takes place – at our company site. A large stage was set up in the logistics area, complemented by numerous tables where our entire tram, together with their families, could gather comfortably. This allowed us to celebrate this special day together with our colleagues and their families – the very heart of our company.
The day began with personal and appreciative speeches. The speeches not only looked back on what had been achieved over the years, but above all focused on expressing gratitude to our employees. We were especially pleased to honor long-standing colleagues for their outstanding work and dedication. At the same time, the celebration also marked a look toward the future: the new management team of Neuenkamp, Maja Supe-Dienes from the founding Dienes family and Martin Geveke, was officially introduced. We were also delighted to welcome special guests, including the then Mayor of Hückeswagen, Dietmar Persian, and Michael Sallmann, Head of the Oberberg office of the Cologne Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK Köln). In their speeches, they shared appreciative insights and personal experiences with Neuenkamp, further enriching this festive occasion.
After the official part of the program, the focus shifted to celebrating together. Blessed with excellent weather, a relaxed and warm atmosphere developed. There was plenty on offer for guests of all ages: from company bingo and a bouncy castle to face painting and a large children’s raffle, ensuring that no child went home empty-handed. Live music provided a wonderful backdrop throughout the day, creating a festive mood. A particular highlight was the saxophonist, who welcomed our guests with music upon arrival and kept the mood lively throughout the day.
Our guests were treated to freshly grilled food and refreshing drinks. In addition, we opened our production and back-office areas: within our own halls, colleagues showed interested visitors where and how we work. The insights into our processes and our high level of vertical integration sparked great interest and visible amazement. The personal exchange with the families of our colleagues, getting to know new team members, and spending time together away from everyday work made this day especially meaningful. These are precisely the moments that show what Neuenkamp stands for: unity, appreciation, and a strong sense of togetherness.
This anniversary celebration brought our team even closer together and demonstrated that behind precision, quality, and reliability lies one essential factor above all else: people who work together with passion and expertise toward a shared goal.
