Together with Rüdiger Uhlitz, who has been with Neuenkamp for 30 years, 22 of them in management, Maja Supe-Dienes and Martin Geveke are shaping the future of the company. We look forward to taking this next step together with our customers and partners. Sebastian Dörmbach, formerly a member of the management team, left the company on April 30, 2025. There has been no business relationship since then.
Martin Geveke takes over as Technical Director. With over 20 years of experience in management positions, his practical and solution-oriented leadership style and his technical expertise, he has made valuable contributions to processes, products and technical developments. Among other things, he is taking over the responsibilities of Mr. Dörmbach, who has left the company and is no longer part of the management team.
Maja Supe-Dienes is the first member of the founding Dienes family to join the management team at Messerfabrik Neuenkamp. After completing her master's degree in management at ESMT Berlin, she gained experience at a leading management consultancy and joined the DIENES Group in 2023. As Commercial Manager, she is responsible for the economic orientation of the company.
After almost 50 years of dedicated service, Dipl.-Ing. Rudolf Supe-Dienes, managing director of the DIENES Group, the parent company of Neuenkamp, took his well-deserved retirement at the turn of the year. It is with great pleasure that the family business is now being continued in its fourth generation by his son Julian Supe-Dienes and his daughter Maja Supe-Dienes.
This step has successfully secured the succession within the DIENES Group and thus also at Messerfabrik Neuenkamp.
